How to Order Custom Embroidery

Select from our 5 professional embroidery fonts:

Classic Block - Clean, professional block letters (most popular)
Script Elegant - Flowing cursive style for a sophisticated look
Modern Sans - Contemporary, sleek lettering
Traditional Serif - Timeless, formal appearance
Medical Bold - Strong, easy-to-read letters perfect for healthcare settings

Step 2: Select Your Thread Color

Choose from our premium thread colors:

Gold - Our signature color, creates an elegant look on black fabric
White - Classic and clean on darker colors
Black - Professional on lighter fabrics
Navy Blue - Traditional medical professional color
Silver/Gray - Subtle and sophisticated
Red - Bold accent for medical symbols
Pink - Soft and feminine touch
Dark Green - Rich, professional color
Yellow - Bright and cheerful accent
Purple - Unique and vibrant option
Brown - Warm, earthy tone

Step 3: Verify Your Spelling

CRITICAL: Please double-check the spelling of your name, credentials, and any text before submitting your order. We embroider exactly as written in your order.

Examples of correct formatting:

First Name + Last Name: "Sarah Johnson"
Name + Credentials: "Sarah Johnson, RN"
Credentials only: "RN, BSN"
Facility name: "Memorial Hospital"

Pricing

💰 Note: Embroidery pricing is in addition to garment cost. Purchase your scrubs, jackets, or apparel separately, then add embroidery service.

Name only (up to 15 characters): $20.00
Name + credentials or small symbol: $25.00
Name + credentials + symbol: $25.00
Facility logo (small to medium): $40.00
Facility logo (large/complex): Contact for quote
Multiple placements: Add $12.00 per additional location

Example: Black scrub jacket ($45.99) + Name embroidery ($15.00) = $60.99 total
