Order Processing Time

The Scrub Stitch Boutique specializes in medical scrubs and custom apparel.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders that include customization, embroidery, or personalization (such as name embroidery, logos, or custom designs) may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.


International Shipping

The Scrub Stitch Boutique offers international shipping to select countries only.

  • Eligible countries will be available for selection at checkout.

  • We do not ship to all international destinations at this time.

  • International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products, including custom or embroidered items, may not be eligible for international shipping.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed to destinations we do not currently support.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Scrub Stitch Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, The Scrub Stitch Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we are happy to assist customers in contacting the carrier or filing a claim when possible.
