Garments and digitizing are priced separately. Personalized items take about 2–3 weeks and are final sale. Orders of 10+ items get team pricing — request a quote.
How to order
- On a scrub or jacket: open the product, turn on “Add your name & credentials”, and fill in your details.
- On your own item or a logo: fill out our Embroidery Order Form and upload your logo, artwork or a photo of your item.
- Approve your details: we confirm spelling, size, thread colors and placement with you before we stitch.
What to send for logos
- Your final artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF or AI) — or your DST stitch file if you have one
- The garment type, color and size
- Placement (left/right chest from the wearer’s view, sleeve, cap front) and finished width × height in inches
- Thread colors, quantity and any deadline
Sizing tip: a left-chest logo is usually up to about 4″ wide × 4″ tall; a cap front about 4″ × 1.75″. Every item is a little different, so we confirm the final size with you in writing before digitizing.
Turnaround
Personalized and made-to-order items take about 2–3 weeks before shipping or pickup. Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Good to know
- Personalized, embroidered and made-to-order items are final sale — please double-check spelling.
- Once digitizing begins, changes to artwork, wording or size are a new paid revision (we always quote first).
- If we make a mistake, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we’ll make it right.
