Do you have a physical store location?
We are currently an online-only retailer based in Delaware, USA. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and serve healthcare professionals nationwide. We're exploring physical retail locations for the future!
Ordering & Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Chart before ordering. Measure your chest and hip, then compare to our size chart. Our product measurements are 4-5 inches larger than body measurements for a comfortable fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort during long shifts.
Can I order samples before buying in bulk?

Do you offer petite or tall sizes?
Many of our products offer extended sizing from XXS to 12XL. For custom inseam lengths (petite or tall), some products offer alterations for a small additional fee ($2-3). Check individual product pages for availability.

How does custom embroidery work?

How long does embroidery take?
Custom embroidery orders typically take up to 4 weeks to complete. We'll send you updates throughout the process. Please plan ahead if you need your scrubs by a specific date!
Can I return embroidered items?
Due to the personalized nature of embroidered items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your spelling, font choice, and placement before submitting your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Custom embroidery orders take up to 4 weeks total (including production and shipping). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future!
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thescrubstitchboutique.com with your order number. We'll track your package and work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! We offer size exchanges on the same product and color within 30 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
What items cannot be returned?
Custom embroidered items, final sale items, and items without tags or in worn/washed condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is my payment information secure?

Product Care
How do I care for my scrubs?
For best results, wash scrubs in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach on colored scrubs. For embroidered items, turn inside out before washing to protect the embroidery.
Will the colors fade?
Our premium scrubs are made with high-quality, colorfast fabrics. Following care instructions (cold water, low heat) will help maintain vibrant colors for many washes.
