Starting Prices
- 2–4 inches: Starting at $25 per letter or number.
- Over 4–9 inches: Starting at $35 per letter or number.
- Larger than 9 inches: Contact us for a custom quote.
Pricing covers one embroidered letter or number on one customer-supplied item in one placement. For example, three rugs with one letter on each rug count as three embroidery services.

Please contact us before purchasing so we can review your item and confirm pricing. Additional charges may apply based on the material, thickness, construction, stitch count, or preparation required.
Varsity jackets and other specialty items must be discussed before ordering.
Email a photo of your item along with your requested letter or number, exact embroidery dimensions, placement, thread colors, and quantity.
Embroidery service only. Rugs, garments, and other items are not included. Any required digitizing is priced separately.
Light Thread Colors & Additional Coverage
Light-colored threads—including white, ivory, cream, yellow, blush pink, light blue, lavender, and mint green—may require additional stitching to achieve fuller coverage, especially on dark or textured materials.
For example, a cream-colored letter embroidered on a navy blue rug may need an additional layer of stitching to help prevent the rug’s color and fibers from showing through.
An additional $5 per letter or number applies when extra stitching is required. This charge covers the additional thread, materials, and stitching time. It does not apply automatically to every light thread color.
We will discuss any additional coverage charges with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
In-stock items ship in 2–5 business days; personalized and made-to-order items take about 2–3 weeks. U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Unworn items with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery with approval. Custom, personalized and embroidered items are final sale.
